Week 2, Lesson 2

First post: I am considering the 7 1/2 habits.
As a high school librarian, the hardest daily habit to develop is considering problems as challenges. This is particularly true with issues that emerge from computing support. I work with many different computers and their limitations, so trying new things is almost always problemmatical.
